Bought my f pace jag from ideal cars Nottingham very smooth transaction from start to finish very friendly staff and very helpful after 3 months of ownership the car had a small fault and as I live over 100 miles from the dealers they told me to get it sorted locally which I did and they paid for the work straight away can't fault the garage keep it up and thanks mike North East england first class service
I bought a car from them December 2022. I've made some errors in my time but using this garage is one of the worst. The car was a Mercedes C class and within 24 hour the car had several faults including the boot not opening, battery light, juddering front brakes and water in the headlight. I proceeded to take it to a Mercedes specialist near me who diagnosed those faults and several others.
