DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE!!! I recommend paying attention to the negative reviews here—I wish I had. I regret purchasing a car from this place. I was told there was a 3-month warranty and to bring the car back if there were any problems, but no written warranty was provided. Now, as I try to book the car in for a mechanical fault, the staff have been rude, unhelpful, and have not resolved the issue.
Staff are very welcoming and understandable. Handled a car purchase with 0 issues, very outgoing. Definitely a well ran business for over 10+ years - customer satisfaction is very important and they did this exceptionally well.
We bought our daughter her first car from here good price not so good car, at first they seemed willing to help, however following dropping off the car the problem was diagnosed with a gearbox oil issue apparently not part of their pre delivery check, £150 later still the problem persists and after Contacting them no response, now having to take to a specialist to see what is causing the car to jump out of gear and leave our daughter stranded! Don't buy a car from here. They sell clocked back cars that they claim they don't know are clocked back. Staff were abusive and throwing threats. Don't refund your "refundable" deposit. Had to get money back through the legal route. *edit* they are now purchasing fake google reviews which you can tell are fake
