Digusting. Within one month, suspension has gone, belt snapped, costing £500 at Nissan, they simply wont return emails/calls/whatsapps and are constantly closed. I was scared for my life that this could've happened while driving. We are WITHIN THE THREE MONTH WARRANTY and someone will be responding to this!!!!!!
Brought a car from this garage which was delivered on 6th November 2025. The service was brilliant up until delivery, but unfortunately everything went downhill from there. We left the car parked on the road for two weeks as we didn’t need to use it straight away. The very first time we drove it, we took a trip around 1 hour 30 minutes from home. Purchased a Mini One in December 2024, today the car failed its MOT with a bill larger than the car's worth. I believe the phase is...'sold a nail!'. Do not trust this garage.
Sells cars with falsified MOTS, all the issues from last year are still present on the car but the MOT they did before sale said it was clear. The car also hadn't been serviced in what appeared to be years, filters near clogging, don't believe a word they tell you.
