A friend brought my car here while visiting CB because she was told they had the proper diagnostic equipment to identify an engine issue. She paid nearly $700, but the original problem was never fixed. Her car eventually became completely undrivable due to the same issue she initially brought it in for. I was wondering if my sister's poor experience was due to her being non-caucasian, but after reading these reviews, I now am certain that it is definitely a racist manager who threw $10 in her face after she asked about a part that was never received in order to complete her car repair. Look at the names of the people with 1 star reviews.
