Sydney designed our sons new kitchen. From start to finish the customer service was excellent. There was not one detailed missed and everytime anyone walks into that kitchen they say “wow.” She collaborated with us on the appliances and even had a custom hood designed to highlight a beam that ran across the ceiling. Super excited that we were able to use Ideal and their excellent staff.

We have been very pleased with Ideal Cabinets, Roanoke. Greg knows his stuff! Plan on it taking time as the back and forth between designer and client is important. You won't regret the thought put into it. A few of my favorite features of our remodeled kitchen are a huge spice drawer, a cutting board drawer, and a "short" island that works perfectly for my short self. (Pro tip: we went with almost all drawers on the bottom. It makes organizing so much easier!) Everything was customizable. Communication was on point.

We were so pleased with our kitchen remodel 2 years ago, that we went back to Greg for the custom vanities and countertops with our two bathroom remodels. Ideal is always so pleasant to work with, they do great work, are very punctual and also patient, plus the delivery and installation crew were the best!
