Very unprofessional establishment. In all my years of purchasing vehicles, never have I experienced such dishonesty. I will be careful purchasing a vehicle from here, especially if you’re not local. Although I didn’t have the pleasure to purchase a car from them, they did an amazing job with being transparent with me about pricing and fees. Shoutout to Cody and Lina who helped me through every step of the way, I appreciate these guys. The reason I wasn’t going to purchase the car was the lenders they work with gave me absurdly high rates and my lender doesn’t work with their dealership otherwise I would have purchased the car from them. Again a great dealership I’d recommend to anyone!
I was going to buy a BMW from iDeal Auto Sales Bensonhurst and trade in a Honda CR-V. We already agreed to the terms of the deal where I would purchase their car for $40,000 and they would give me $32000 on my car, which would pay off the loan entirely and then have some extra equity remaining. Once we got with the finance manager to finalize the deal, they said they will only give me $29,500 for my car, and there will also be a $1000 fee to pay off the loan...
