What customer service!?! Ideal appliance is the worst ever. I called them concerning a lid switch I needed for a 70 series washer. They answered the phone, "Ideal, can you hold please?" I didn't mind holding. After 5 min they picked up and hung up. I called back, again "Ideal can you hold please?" 33 minutes and 52 seconds later, they picked up and hung up. They should adopt the slogan "Ideal, nothing is too good for our customers, and that's exactly what they get!"
Oven Parts I needed this particular part for my antique stove and no one carried it. I went to this location and no only did they have the piece, but somone came out the same day to put the part on.
