Just watched two of these guys block traffic coming in to a garage in Old Town Alexandria and then yell at a resident when they asked them to please move so he could get in to the public garage. He literally screamed, "BECAUSE WE'RE TRYING TO UNLOAD!" Unprofessional and out of control behavior when it's clear that the business was in the wrong. That's no way to treat people.
