Called twice said they would call back, never did. All I can ascertain from this is they don't care. Probably a good thing I didn't have them do the job . Thanks Ed
Had them install a new furnace 15 years ago. Have had issues with it over the years. Never really ran right. Called them because once again we have issues. Receptionist was down right rude! Called A&M in Wasaukee and said no problem. Upon inspection they said the furnace Ideal installed was the wrong one for our ductwork. Essentially sold us a high dollar furnace knowing it would fail and they would get the high rate for repairs. Long story short am going with A&M for a new furnace!
Fast and efficient great company to work with
They've done a great job in the past with furnace checkups, but when we had a Saturday night furnace issue Kevin the on call guy basically told us he wasn't going to come help because he was too busy watching a football game. It wasn't even the Packers...
