Worst people in the world work here. Front desk lady is actively trying to interfere in testing. Stay away from this place at all costs if you want accurate testing. Make sure to call the BBB as well.

I called to reschedule an appointment and got an attitude. Then when requesting a refund they said I had to load from the card that I paid with. When I gave them what I thought was the right card they confirmed it. Turns out it was not the right card. Now I'm out my appointment fee and they didn't answer my phone calls. Very unprofessional and do not recommend. This gets reported to my probation officer it only makes me look worse. Very unprofessional I do not recommend
