This was not a pleasant recruiting experience. They emailed me to set up a call, I emailed them back, and 3 days later they emailed me to set up a call in roughly 3 hours. They didn't call me, I sent a text, and email, but heard no response. Then a week later got a standard rejection email without talking to them once, and being led on for two weeks. Furthermore, this experience made me distrust the organization they were recruiting for. An organization I do support, or rather did.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Very unprofessional organization. Recruiter contacted me for an interview and the interview was set up, then on day of interview, the recruiter ghosted me. You contacted me yet you don’t participate in interview with NO communication, even after I sent an email asking if we need to reschedule. This is unacceptable. Do your clients a favor and be courteous and respectful by not ghosting potential employees who YOU contact for interviews.
Tim Simmons and his recruiting team have been a pleasure to work with! He is very personable, listens to your needs, communicates well and is very responsive. He helped us fill two positions, and we are thrilled with the new hires. I would recommend him and his team to any organization.
