They stop doing UAs or BAs at 7 but close at 9. No where in their page does it say they don't do them after a certain time. 40 minutes to get here just to get rejected.
This place unfortunately serves a deeply marginalized community already trapped in the claws of a harsh and unforgiving justice system. Staff seem more interested in inventing hoops for people to jump through than in providing real customer service. Do not go here, if you can help it. There are far better places that treat people with dignity and respect.
I don’t have any experience with the counseling services, but I can say in my experience that Abigail and Omar at the front desk were very helpful and polite The woman who did my intake was also nice. I’ve only visited a few times so far, but I will be using their services frequently. Will update review if anything changes but so far so good
0/10 highly do not recommend! This place sucks , they are extremely rude and discouraging. All front desk employees have nasty attitudes , most people probably wouldn’t make it past them . This place will hinder you to the best of it ability. Try a different program because this “IDEA” is not ideal at all ! And that’s facts .
