Receptionist is unqualified for her position! I had a six oclock appointment today! My appointment was scheduled via phone call few days prior! I gave the receptionist my insurance information she confirmed that I was covered, appointment was scheduled! Caught 2 DUI’s went here for treatment, had a great experience! Paul Padilla is really nice and cares about his work and helping people succeed through their addictions/recovery. Also had the pleasure of having his wife Crystal Padilla as my counselor as well, She was very relatable and opened up with her experiences and allowed us to feel safe and really grasp the treatments to better ourselves and have success. When I first started treatment at IDEA. I didn't know what to expect and was reluctant on, if I should continue going and give up on attending Paul Padilla was and is a great teacher. His lesson plan and energy is second to none. I give thanks to him for helping me realize what I was worth not only to the people around me. But to MYSELF. If you try to defend yourself, you’ll be branded as having an attitude. Standing up for yourself will only work against you here!
