Honestly such a great experience throughout the whole time I was there. I initially was nervous and afraid I wouldn’t like the classes but after the first one, I knew how much I was welcomed and that there was a solution to my problems without the judgement of others. Receptionist is unqualified for her position! I had a six oclock appointment today! My appointment was scheduled via phone call few days prior! I gave the receptionist my insurance information she confirmed that I was covered, appointment was scheduled! Showed up today for my appointment and part of it was to take a UA and pay $230.00 cash. my insurance doesn’t cover it! Caught 2 DUI’s went here for treatment, had a great experience! Paul Padilla is really nice and cares about his work and helping people succeed through their addictions/recovery. Also had the pleasure of having his wife Crystal Padilla as my counselor as well, She was very relatable and opened up with her experiences and allowed us to feel safe and really grasp the treatments to better ourselves and have success.
