Bob Ide has provided a nice, clean, and well cared for building for our office off-and-on for over 30 years now. We have rented an office over the years in 3 of his buildings (moving in and out for different reasons, but not because I didn't like the office). Bob has always been greatly accommodating to my requests when he thought he could be.
