This is now going on two years of dealing with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have called them 4 times in 2 weeks trying to sort out my mother's home owners and flood insurance. My mother passed and I am actually buying her house so I was trying to figure out what could be transferred and possibly get a quote on whatever couldn't.
