Huge shout-out to Chris Canto for the excellent customer service he provided with my 2025 Honda Prologue. I had it serviced for a recall and axles and Chris was very accommodating and helpful in making sure everything was done and explained to me. Very friendly and made the experience awesome!

2024 civic sport touring in for an oil change and a speaker warranty. Made an appointment online hassle free, Chris helped me out when i got there, and by far the easiest experience i’ve had at a dealership. Admittedly i was apprehensive because every other Honda dealership in the area has given me a problem and honestly almost scared me off entirely, but they definitely earned my business.
I recently had an urgent car issue with my Honda. Jim Milella from Ide Honda, my Service Advisor, answered my call immediately and had me bring my car in. Jim was able to obtain a loaner for me to use for a few days while the car was being looked at. Problem solved. Jim stayed in touch with me throughout. Much appreciated the service from Jim.
