I purchased my car from Ide 6 years ago and they impressed me from the first communication. I go out of my way to keep taking my car to Ide for service, because I trust them and they always take great care of me and my vehicle. They offer loaner cars, an excellent waiting area, clean restrooms, and very friendly staff.
As a business owner myself, I hold companies to a high standard of integrity and service — something I did not experience here. I would strongly advise against buying any used Hondas from 2016–2020. There’s a known issue with the A/C systems in these models, specifically with the shaft seal, and Honda seems more interested in dodging accountability than fixing their mistake.
