We have been taking our Hondas to Ide service for many years. The work is always done right and it is a pleasure to deal with the staff. All of the staff have been great to work with and Jim Milella especially has been helpful in taking care of us. We been able to hand down a couple cars to family members, and they seek out Jim when they need service as well!
Heather provided exceptional customer service from start to finish on some repairs on my Mazda 3. She went above and beyond to try to assist me with the car’s extended warranty and provided me with some useful tips for moving forward. I was appreciative of her extensive knowledge and expertise and will definitely return for routine maintenance on my car. Thank you Heather!
Rich Ide has an Excellent Service Staff! I just bought my 1st Honda from his Store and had my oil changed. Ali got me right in 1st thing in the morning, Jim & Heather were outstanding at answering my questions about duration and the Technician, Joseph did a superb job of making sure that my vehicle was serviced properly and the tires rotated as per Manufacturers specifications! You should be very proud of the Team that you've assembled there, my Salesperson, Blake was terrific too!
Nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff at the service Center! Mike & Nick are fantastic, and Heather is AMAZING! I got my days mixed up and showed up a week early for my appt, and Heather still got me in. Always pleasant, always friendly - wouldn’t take my Honda anywhere else.
