Idexx lost my dog’s biopsy sample and took 11 days to provide my veterinarian with several different reasons, until finally stating they had no results. The “excuses” were first a storm delay, then a requirement for additional cuts to the sample, then we were told there was no tumor in the tissue sent, which is false, as she had a sizable mast cell tumor surgically removed and sent for testing.
