I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you would like quality work performed on your vehicle. Ide Collision Center was a great place to go to that you could depend on for quality work when Tom Fogg was the manager. Now that Chris Bishop is the manager the place has gone down hill very fast. The work is sloppy and not checked prior to calling a customer to pick up their vehicle. I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you would like quality work performed on your vehicle. Save yourself a hassle, hours of wasted time and having to deal with unprofessional management. Ide Collision Center WAS a great place to go to that you could depend on for quality work when Tom Fogg was the manager. Now that Chris Bishop is the manager the place has gone down hill very fast. Ide Collision Manager Chris Bishop and the front office staff were extremely helpful on a minor repair to my Honda front bumper cover. Indeed they were a friendly and very knowledgeable group. No hesitation in recommending the shop. Definitely 5 stars! Tina T.
Had some rear end damage repaired. Work done well, within their time frame. They helped with insurance, scheduling rental, returning rental, and to my surprise, my car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up! Great group, definitely recommend Ide Collision!
