Bad company. My mother took her Compaq computer to IDD Computer Repair in Weirton WV because it kept shutting down. They said it had a virus and charged her \$170. She took it home after they supposedly repaired it and after 3 weeks it started doing the same thing, shutting down. She called them and they said they could look at it again but it would cost her another \$35 just to look at it because they only gave her a 2-week warranty on their work. I have to disagree with the review about IDD being bad. I have taken my computers to them many times for one reason or another and the most severe cost I ever had was \$112. My computer had been zapped by a power line short circuit that wiped-out half the neighborhood electronics and they replaced the power supply, reinstalled the program that I no longer had the disk for and cleaned the entire thing so that it looked new inside and out and gave be a back-up disk.
