There is no proper training whatsoever, nobody follows build process at all. Assembly team use parts without R# number which is illegal. Referral bonus wise they don’t pay you when you are promised to get paid. So much drama including supervisors and HR team. Totally waste of time trying to work things out with them. You are building aircraft components here and they don’t provide you with training needed and they don’t care if you are qualified to work on aircraft components, background check and drug test wise they don’t c... read more
Be careful. This company uses you for a very short period of time. They'll take you without signing any contract agreement. They'll put you in training with non English speaking asians and then tell you are unable an unfit for the job. They'll move you to another section and eventually terminate you.
