I have been to IDCC for the Podiatrist and most recently, Physical Therapy. On both occasions, the doctors have made me feel welcome. The Podiatrist, Dr. Zonenashvili was very kind and answered all of my questions thoroughly. His visit made me feel comfortable to try IDCC's the Physical Therapy department for my post-surgery PT. Dr. Inna Tovbina is a wonderful doctor. She is professional, kind, and truly cares about her patients. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the front desk. I have been coming to this clinic for several years, and the older Russian-speaking receptionist has always been rude. She always seems upset about something, talks to patients with an attitude, raises her voice, and doesn’t know how to communicate politely. We truly appreciate Dr. Zakharov and his wonderful team. Every time my parents come to the office, they feel welcomed and cared for. Inna at the front desk is absolutely amazing — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. It means so much to have a doctor and a staff we can fully trust. Thank you for everything you do!
The worst place I've ever been to. I was having an appointment at 11am and arrived at 10:30am and they still made me wait for more than 2 hours and didn't attend to me.
Dr. Tovbina is the best! She’s been my doctor for 3 years I love her like a mom. She doesn’t just do her job you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and she’s very informative. Highly recommend!!
