The nurse hung up in my face. She’s very rude
NP Moody is PHENOMENAL! However the nursing staff SUCKS. They lie and tell you that they put prior authorization in to your insurance when they never had in the first place. I’ve been lied to several times and avoided; being told I have to wait until insurance approves. I’ve been waiting 3 months However after speaking to my insurance today I found they never even submitted the prior authorization. So my insurance and I called together.
