Over an hour just to check in with guard.longline and really slow process I haven’t even gotten a dock yet, but I hear that will be a long process too to check in shipping, I also hear to get your BOL also takes long even after loaded. One of the most troublesome companies to check in. The office staff only cares about their own things and ignores the drivers. They are very unfriendly and have no service attitude. They don't help the drivers to complete the transportation tasks smoothly. When I went there, there were only 20-30 trucks picking up goods a day, and 10 trucks were told that they could not load, wasting most of the drivers' time. They are here like a scammer working for money. The management has not trained these staff well.
