What an amazing team Ed, Drew and Sergio were from the moment they showed up at our home! They were professional, polite, punctual and put us at such ease about the process. They allowed us the courtesy to answer all questions we had without any hesitation. You all are extremely fortunate to have them on your team.
One word for these guys: WOW! Ed , Sergio and Drew were absolutely top-notch: knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and totally customer-focused. This company did awesome work with locating and drying out all the water damage locations include any mold or mildew discovered they were very professional and at the same time very humorous at times, but the workmanship was Outstanding!! They did not do work on my house but my neighbors. The project leader was aware that the dumpster service they were using was driving through my yard and had created ruts across my yard. After I personally spoke to him he assured me that he would take care of my yard and fill in the ruts. He did nothing. When I reached out to him he referred me to the dumpster company who referred me back to him.
Ed and Sergio were two very respectful young men that came and worked on my home. Very professional and explained everything they did and took great care of my home. Thanks so much!
