We had the unfortunate opportunity to have to hire IDC for extensive water damage to our new construction home. All parties involved were very responsive but we called IDC and they sent Ed Bognear out to begin the investigation to determine the extent of the damage and best course of action for repair back to original construction status. Ed, Drew, and Sergio did a phenomenal job in our dry out after our washer machine flooded. They were friendly, professional, and made sure all areas were dried out properly while informing us of there processes along the way. I would recommend IDC for any services as they made things so easy and worked quickly as well. Amazing experience!
