They came when expected, listened to my concerns and addressed them thoroughly, and were also careful to clean up carefully each day. They highly recommend them for your water mitigation work!

I live in Anderson, SC and worked with IDC twice in 1 year. First was after hurricane Helene and the second time was recently after a wind storm. Both times, IDC had local resources on my property within 24 hours removing trees and tarping my damage to prevent water. Todd Dennis was my point of contact and Project Manager. He handled all coordinating with contractors, insurance, and actively managed my property while I was unable to be there. I have a 1950's millhouse that's made of solid, old fashion materials. One word for these guys: WOW! Ed , Sergio and Drew were absolutely top-notch: knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and totally customer-focused. I would not use anyone else for any future restoration work we may need.
