I’m extremely frustrated with this company because I can’t get anyone there to call me back and tell me when they’re starting work on my condo. They’ve been paid by my insurance company but they have not started work and it’s been weeks. I would choose a different company.

The worst company to ever exist. Currently fighting to get my damaged items replaced and they will not even return my calls. Jamie sucks Larry is worse. In a time of need they took full advantage. Almost 50,000$$$ to pack up my 2000 sqft home and store it for 6 months. Crooks that’s what they are and I am reporting to BBB. Not sure what else I will do to get justice. If you use them, don’t say I didn’t warn you.

They have a driver driving in and out if lanes trying to bully there way thru the highway. And smoking cigarettes in the company vehicle. Unprofessional, unsafe.

They are abusive as they take advantage of people during catastrophic situations. They cut down ONE tree that fell in a house due to hurricane Helene and charged over $19000. They only cut down the tree, didn’t even haul it away nor removed the trunk since it was on neighbor’s side. They called it an emergency service but didn’t show up a week later plus the home was already destroyed. They are being reported to the attorney general and consumer’s affairs for price gouging. Thieves.
