Gouged our new cabinets during countertop install and tried to avoid showing us the most significant damage before leaving. We called and left messages and no one is returning our calls. Left a silicone mess everywhere as well. Would not recommend.
Fantastic service. We purchased quarts tops for a basement bar from Home Depot in Cedar Rapids and Inspiration Design was the contracted installer. They were professional, courteous, and did a great job. They answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns professionally. Very pleased.
Stay away from these people, spent thoasands of dallors on new granite counter tops, they came in and installed them and once they clean them up, we saw that they are all severly pitted, they look terrible. I feel it was do to poor workmanship on finishing/polishing. the companys says tough luck, its natural stone. The one in the showroom was just about perfect and beauitful, that expected to get and paid for. -Dont do busiess with this company.
We give this company 1 star. Their customer service is very poor and it took them months to actually install the counter top. They set up a time to come 4 times before they actually showed up. We'd have to call them to see if they were coming. Install crew was great, friendly and did great work. There were a few repairs to do (including a wrong cut to install the sink faucet making it unusable)and we have yet to see them even contact us to set up a time to come.
