Has to be one of the worst customer services I have experienced so far in my life. Was outsourced to this company through Lowes. I had to initiate any type of conversation to get this project moving it seemed. This was the first huge purchase for my wife and I at our house and the project manager was...not great. They are so cheap, they will use random pieces of wood from the truck to hold up your sink. or put a ton of shims together and screw them under your sink to keep it up. jimmy rigging thats what you expect paying that much right? Ha

Had a terrible experience with countertop design and installation in January of this year. The design consult with Brittany was wonderful, and I was happy with the selection and price point and was really looking forward to the rest of the experience. However, everything from then on was a disaster. RecommendedWe ordered our countertops from Cabinets to Go and had Inspiration Design Center install them. Very professional crew. Enrique made sure I was happy with job. Cleaned up before they left and took all of the garbage. Looks so beautiful!!
This company is extremely incompetent! Lowe's needs to wise up and not use them as their subcontractors anymore. Four times we get called that starts with "I'm Sorry, bad new". We ended up having to cancel our counter-tops because of their incompetents...
Awful experience. Staff could care less about customers and their experience. Slow process and they made many obvious mistakes. Took weeks to get them to fix the mistake which were easily avoidable. If you want a quality job that is done correctly the firm time I would suggest going elsewhere. Don’t believe me? Just ask around. Their reputation speaks for itself.
Inspiration Design Center installed granite countertops in our home and they were not sealed. We called and they sent someone out to seal them. I also sealed them myself several times right after that, but unfortunately not having the product sealed appropriately from the beginning and at the factory caused them to leave permanent dark oily looking marks that should not have been there all throughout our ‘new’ granite counters. I would give this negative stars if i could. I've wasted an unbelievable amount of time with the nonsense IDC provides. I scheduled 2 appointments online, and no one ever showed up or followed up for either regardless of the automated email confirmation of the appointment that i have. I reached out again, and finally got a response from Cassidy. Getting a hold of her on the phone was ALWAYS a challenge - they make you go through the front desk - not direct lines ever given...
