Best experience ever! I loved my experience at Ida's . The gown selection in the store is huge! When i came in , i was not in a good mood,because of my previous experience. But the way the staff made me feel - actually made me relax and enjoy the "shopping", there was no pressure from the sales associate. Fantastic Customer Service All the other bridal shops are a waste of your time. I found my dream dress after going to five other places. I should have went to Ida's first! There is no store like Ida's bridal. I would not reccommend going anywhere else! The staff is super friendly and I was waited on hand and foot. All the way down to when I picked up my dress the day before my wedding. Ida's was amazing!!!
Mother of the Bride I took my daughter into Ida's during the dead of winter. Business was slow, so just walking in off the street we received terrific service. Not in a position to purchase at that time, we left with information about the dress she wanted. We returned a couple of months later with all the girls so they could see what she had selected and the girls could choose something that would compliment her. That is where things started to go bad. worth the wait Dresses are beautiful, but customer service is slow. If your looking to get in and out, not going to happen. But if you have time to spend, make an appointment and be prepared to wait.
Wonderful dresses, great customer service The dresses that I tried on during my visit were unique and of high quality. The gown consultant was approachable and knew the inventory well. Also, she understood what I had in mind for a wedding gown, but made some wonderful suggestions that I wouldn't have tried otherwise. I would recommend this bridal and tuxedo boutique to anyone.
