Gives my 81 yr old mother an rx but forgets to put in a dose so pharmacy cant fill it the day before a holiday! Pharmacy called 3x got no response and now on a holiday its been 3 days my mom is suffering with an infection! Phone just keeps ringing busy! Absolutely unacceptable!
