Came in with the intention of buying a hat. Tried to ask some questions and, by her responses, I was made to feel as if my questions were stupid. It was clear she didn't want to be bothered by talking to me, let alone help me with some legitimate questions, and there were no other customers in the building. I said thanks and walked out. No point in going back.
Awesome place and great customer support
Walked in there ready to buy a 300 dollar pair of boots. No one said hi, asked if I needed help, or anything. Lady kept blabbering to people at the front. I walked out and bought boots elsewhere. Will not come back.
From the minute I walked into the store, I felt I was home. The owner made it a pleasurable shopping experience and provided everything I was looking for. You have to shop this store if you are looking for tack, supplies and western wear.
