The overall experience with Idahome Energy was good, the people were always courteous, and knowledgeable. Idahome Energy set up the entire process, submitting the permit requests, sending the letter to the HOA, everything. My HOA contacted me and did not contact Idahome Energy, so that slowed the process. Whenever I asked a question it was either answered right away or gotten back to me with the answer.
