Great company to work with. They kept us up to date on all the steps of the process. Never felt pressured.
The whole team was extremely easy to work with and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The install crew also had great communication and the workmanship was professional and looks great. The inverter was installed inside the garage and the disconnect fit nicely outside. Nothing looks out of place and the crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
Very easy to work with and I appreciated their honesty and good workmanship.
We had a great experience with Idahome. They were always very friendly, educational, and professional. They handled the hiccups in the process well and made sure to give us all the necessary tools and knowledge. The only downsides were things out of their control (Darn power company being a pain). We would absolutely recommend them to any friends and family looking into solar.
Tyler gave me an excellent presentation on how the solar panels work, where the panels, meter and so forth would be placed and roughly what the solar package might cost. He was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with answers to any questions I had which was very much appreciated.
