I had the exact same experience as Daphne B. I went in to get a Vein ablation under the impression that my insurance covered the cost (this is what I was told when I signed the paperwork) and I would be responsible for my deductible. To my shock they billed my insurance 25k for a 2k procedure and I am now left paying almost $3,000 for a 30 minute procedure.
