Good Doc, Questionable practices by Institute While I have no real problem with my treatments and the almost $10K over 3 years; I was "let go" as a patient because I let a $180 office visit bill lapse into collections. They were utterly unforgiving and have rejected any attempt to repair the relationship; even blocking my attempts to contact Dr. Rice directly! I would recommend the Doc, but certainly NOT the facility. They seem to be acting like they can act any way they want. Disappointed!
