The entire team at Idaho Urologic Institute is wonderful, they were able to diagnose my dad and treat him accordingly. Nick Allen and Dr Schatz are incredible. Excellent bedside manner. We were not rushed. They explained everything in a way we could understand. They did a magnificent job. Lily did a great job at translating. The receptionists were helpful. The medical assistant was very helpful. I highly recommend them. We feel very blessed and very grateful to have the Idaho Urologic Institute in our community.
I had the most positive experience with this office! Everyone was kind, respectful and supportive. They listened to me, didn't make me beg for pain relief. They let you make real choices about your care, giving advise and answering questions. Let me tell you, a rarity these days in my experience. Can't possibly write a more positive review. My wife and I met with Dr. Nick Allen the first appointment I had. He gave me lots of time to ask questions and let him know my fears. He was really friendly and answered all our questions. Several months later I had the Aquablation procedure. I’m happy with the outcome so far. Also, the male nurses Noah and Danny at each office are super good, friendly, and caring. They helped me feel calmer and they listened to my concerns when I told them. Thank you Dr. Allen. Thank you nurses. You were super great!
