My wife and I met with Dr. Nick Allen the first appointment I had. He gave me lots of time to ask questions and let him know my fears. He was really friendly and answered all our questions. Several months later I had the Aquablation procedure. I’m happy with the outcome so far. Also, the male nurses Noah and Danny at each office are super good, friendly, and caring. They helped me feel calmer and they listened to my concerns when I told them. Thank you Dr. Allen. Thank you nurses. You were super great!

I would leave zero stars if it were possible. The amount of anger I felt after going through my son's circumcision here with Dr. Schatz…I'll start by saying he didn't wait even 1 second after administering the numbing shot. Just went straight into clamping, pulling, and cutting my poor son. He was SCREAMING and I could feel him sweating since I had my hands on his head for comfort! By far the worst “medical” practice in the treasure valley. The staff is rude, the doctor dismisses your concerns. They messed up two urine samples. The first one they said they messed up and we would have to come back. The staff was rude and said we had to make an appointment. Took off work to come back in and they messed it up AGAIN!
