Sometimes the fees are $15 just to transfer money to this account. Have had some issues with the 9 day grace period was told something different from what the policy is. They fixed this. They say they accept Mastercard but they don’t accept my Mastercard. There are too many fees that are hidden.
They have made it nearly impossible to even make a payment now. Every payment I make now on my account I get a $6 fee every time!!! Sometimes the fees are $15 just to transfer money to this account. First, they gave me misinformation and said that there is a nine day grace period and then proceeded to give me fees on that ninth day of the grace period over and over and over again. They refinanced my car into my name, as I paid it off they worked great with me!! Great credit union!! I recommend their friendly kindness and professionalism to anyone. Very easy to open an account and work with!!
** no longer relevant, banking here has been an inconvenient hassle since the new year. THEY HELD A CASHIERS CHECK. Ive banked here since 1994, and I'm ending the business relationship. It used to be incredibly easy to bank here. Disappointing. They are always a breath of fresh air, incredibly easy to work with and amazing customer service. They really go above and beyond here.
