4+ hours for loading is crazy. My driver had a 255 mile delivery and couldn't made it bc these people are sooooo slow. DO BETTER
The unfriendly woman at the weighing house didn't want to sign the documents, explaining that they never sign documents. And when I said that I wouldn't sign either, she immediately signed, but how rude she was. It's probably time for someone to retire.
