The owners of this facility have been extremely easy to work with and are very responsive. The app controlled lockers was a nice feature, because I never had to worry about losing the key. Great storage unit, and at a great price.

OK so I had previously left a bad review for this company, it was a big misunderstanding on my part the owners there at idaho smart storage were extremely friendly and were quick to correct the issue, with that being said, I would definitely recommend this storage, they are extremely affordable, and very helpful and friendly staff I definitely give 5+stars

It is a good location and convenient access the only issue I have is when or if you do have an issue you can't get ahold of anyone, everything is automated and the phone number always goes straight to voice-mail, so you can't speak to anyone, I checked out of one of my units recently, and apparently the app didn't update the automated system because they still are charging me and I can't speak with anyone to fix it

Absolutely love the smart lock feature for my business so we don’t have to have a bunch of keys and we can see who used the unit and when! The owners are awesome people and always make sure we are taken care of! Very well lit place and very secure with a ton of cameras!
