Idaho Service Electric was very disappointing. The technician arrived late, seemed unsure about the problem, and left without fully resolving it. Overpriced for the quality delivered, and customer service offered no real help
I’m unhappy with Idaho Service Electric. Their communication was poor, the work felt rushed, and the issue came back within days. They still charged full price and ignored my follow-up messages
What was most incredible about, This company was that my call was answered quickly, and I was able to be helped within a few hours. Time is important to everybody, and they greatly respected my time and made me a priority.
Kyle and his team are very professional and did an exceptional job on my installation. Highly recommend you go to him and his team. It’s hard to find a great business and people that will charge you fair these days. But you find them here!
I paid idaho service electric to rewire my house and they left me with countless electrical issues. I had to take Kyle to court and he still refused to pay until I hired an attorney to call him and explain the consequences if he doesn’t pay the judgement. I was left with a sparking breaker, miswired switches, and he put all my bathrooms and lift pumps on one circuit as to overload the circuit for my essential lift pump.
