Very busy office Dr. PARHIZ HAS TREATED ME ME FOR MY RETINOPATHY for over two years now. He's a terrific doctor and my visits are always a pleasure.
What a great experience ! From coming thru the front doors till you leave ! The employees are awesome an you leave feeling like you was treated as you was the only one there !!!! I'd give them 10 stars but there's only 5 to click on
I've had a chronic eye condition for 20 years. Not once in my time with Dr. Parhiz did he attempt any alternative treatments aside from steroids. When, in fact, another medication that only cost $5 a month could have helped significantly. In addition, I have never not been treated like a piece of meat in this office. I am a low income person, and sometimes I don't have insurance. if i have to minimize my visits for financial reason, I'm chastised and treated briskly. Everyone at the center was so nice and made me feel relaxed because I didn’t know what to expect. I went through the procedures of tests, eyedrops and dilated eyes. I waited in a dark room with other very nice patients. Then I saw the doctor and he was very nice as was the sweet nurse. I got my injection and the next day I am able to see better. I am so grateful. Thank God there are treatments for my issue. It takes a while of waiting but it is so worth it because my eyesight is priceless.
I was referred to this retina specialist by my optometrist this last December. The earliest they could get me in was today, January 8th. Walking into the office, I can see why it took 3 weeks for me to get in. The place was so busy! There were people waiting to check in. The whole lobby area (there's 2 waiting areas) was jam packed and the hallway had a half dozen people chillin as well. I finally got checked in and got my new patient paperwork handed to me.
