Very rude and unprofessional receptionists. The nurse who helped us also lacked any compassion. Thankfully the doctor was kind and helpful. He didn't understand what we needed, but he researched our needs after we left and was able to help us eventually.

This place is disgusting. I’ve never been to a medical institution where they value money more than their patients. These people demand payment up front before any surgery is done. When I asked why, the desk lady said, “Idaho law makes it hard for us to collect payment if people don’t pay. We also don’t offer payment plans, but we can have use this 3rd party loan company.” Oh so the law that protects Idahoans from predatory medical practice is preventing you from being predatory so you offer loans sharks instead?
