It would be cool if the power I pay for could stay on. There's an outage every other week it seems. What's the issue?
Very poor customer service! Good luck trying to get them on the phone. Extremely high prices!! They will increase your budget rates considerably even when you used less power this year compared to last year. Power outages are NOT a priority, they will get to them whenever they feel like it. If your power goes out at night you most likely won't get power till the next day when they finally send a crew out. Very horrible company!!!
