Eric the technician it is a desonest person. Be careful don't let go inside your property with out permission. He make illegal stuff.
Worst company I have EVER had the displeasure of working with. If they weren't a monopoly, they'd be bankrupt by now because their customer service is beyond deplorable whenever there is any kind of technical issue. We never correctly processed your service and mailing address change request 2 months ago? Too bad, it's your fault you never received your mail. Give me a break
