If I could give no stars I would. This company is a joke they are cruel and could give two shi*** about their customers. I’ve lived in my home for 9 yrs almost have always paid my bill on time never late and never had an issue with them until about 3 yrs ago. They don’t even care that we have a child in our home who is on a feeding machine, or other medical equipment that’s very important to keep her healthy, let alone the thousands of dollars worth of meds sitting in our fridge that she needs in order to survive.
