Idaho power is constantly raising their prices. Just got notified of another potential increase when they JUST had recent price increase in January of this year and last. INSANE!
Idaho power is absolutely money hungry and doesn't give a damn if you have kids! I payed my bill last week and it didn't process for 5 days then they send someone to my house without warning to shut my power off!!!! They then tell me they won't turn my power on unless a pay a small amount that I can't afford to next week. This company is atrocious and needs to stop being power aggressive over a small bill!
Says Bill is Paid on the Idaho power app and the money has not come out of my account and it is not pending. That can help your company to understand a very consistent problem in Idaho Power. You know which employee has that job, only Idaho power can fix it.
I am giving a 3 because they charge you to pay your bill on their portal . Idaho gas doesn't do that infact, hardly anyone does. I won't pay it !
