You guys should be ashamed of your self I called a week ago to make a payment arrangement we agreed on that you said everything was good . A week later you come to my house and shut my power off I called you and you said there was no record of me calling or making a payment arrangement.
I honestly cannot believe the experience I’ve had with Idaho Power. We were in the process of buying a home, so I responsibly set up the power to transfer into my name on a specific date. Plans changed, and we ended up purchasing a completely different house. I called Idaho Power and was told my account for the original house would be closed. Power guys over on locust replaced a power pole this morning now they are all sitting in the back of the trucks for the past hour and a half just chatting
forget to pay the bill they'll shut you down....they claimed to have called my wife. She said she never received a call
