Can we expect for you guys to catch up to the rest of the world with online bill pay anytime soon? It's ridiculous to have to enter a routing and acct number. Get with it already. Good God
Idaho Power is everything that is wrong with power companies and their monopolies. Their recent changes to solar credits turns 88% of solar generation into "off peak" generation so they can credit less and charge more. I went from paying a $5.00 service charge to paying $55 - $100 monthly even with my generation exceeding usage. This is a corrupt and dishonest change and we are given no option or recourse. Power company monopolies need to be broken up.
Been paying for someone else’s power for six months after shutting off power but they claim I didn’t call. Isn’t that your number Idaho power??? Absolutely joke and rip off!
More and more I am convinced that this company is corrupted. They keep raising the rates and cutting the amount they are paying for roof top solar.
