As much as I like Bingham memorial,in general. The physicians clinic is ridiculous. They've scheduled us appointments, on days, they're not open. And then can't even call to inform us that the they've made amistake and reschedule us, instead we just made forty five minute drive for us to find out that the doors were locked, and the building was dark but then had the audacity, to try telling me we had a no call, no show when WE called reschedule. Had to get X-rays done here after an appointment. Woman behind the counter was busy chatting with co-workers. She seemed irritated that I interrupted her. I had paper orders for X-rays she said she only needed one of the orders. She took the paper back with the order. I only got one X-ray done of my chest, missing 4 others. I told them they made a mistake and because it was close to 5pm the staff wanted me to go across the street to admissions. Instead of owning the mistake and just finishing the orders. Checked in 20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment. Waited for 20 minutes past scheduled appointment. Complained to front desk about what's the point of appointments if you don't see patients at scheduled times. They charge hundreds of $ an hour to see you but won't pay you for your time spent waiting on them. Gave them 5 more minutes before I walked out. Completely disrespe tful of patients time. Was there to see Dr. Brian Thomas.
