Had to get X-rays done here after an appointment. Woman behind the counter was busy chatting with co-workers. She seemed irritated that I interrupted her. I had paper orders for X-rays she said she only needed one of the orders. She took the paper back with the order. I only got one X-ray done of my chest, missing 4 others. Checked in 20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment. Waited for 20 minutes past scheduled appointment. Complained to front desk about what's the point of appointments if you don't see patients at scheduled times. They charge hundreds of $ an hour to see you but won't pay you for your time spent waiting on them. Gave them 5 more minutes before I walked out. Completely disrespe tful of patients time. Was there to see Dr. Brian Thomas.
