I had been told for years by Idaho Perio that I was in need of a gum graft. I kept putting it off until Dr. Sprott explained the importance of getting it done before I caused a much bigger and more expensive problem. Before the surgery Dr. Sprott did a very excellent job of explaining the process and talking to me like a person and not just another patient. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Hansen! I had an emergency situation which led to an extraction, bone graft, and implant a year ago. I was terrified, had no idea what to expect and had so many questions. Dr. Hansen was very patient, sat down with me answering every question I had, making sure I was comfortable proceeding with this surgery. As nervous as I was, I knew I was in good hands.
