My college daughter was anxious about getting her wisdom teeth pulled after hearing lots of horror stories from her friends. She was super nervous about the possibility of having to miss classes and worried she would look like a chipmunk for days after. The staff were kind and friendly and Dr. Bitner was very knowledgeable and calming. He was friendly and interactive with my son who was nervous about the surgery. That helped him to relax! The procedure went great and healing was smooth. We had a question after surgery and Dr. Bitner was easy to reach, attentive, and patient! We will be back for our other kids!
Well he did the job he was supposed to he removed 4 wisdom teeth in next to no time must be a super busy clinic the whole process was uncomfortably fast and my child was still asleep she could not wake up still very drugged basically had to carry her to the car she was bleeding heavily now I am no stranger to tooth extractions but this was a race to get my child in and out if you dont have time to spend getting your teeth removed than this is the place for you no cares given in and out in minutes im not pleased with the way ... read more
The ladies at the front desk recognize me right away since I’ve had to have a few extra appointments but they’re so friendly! My wisdom teeth removal went pretty quick as well so overall super happy! The ladies make me want to show at random times just to be greeted!
