We've been very happy with the cleaning that Sara provides each time she cleans. Very hardworking young lady and were glad to have her keep coming back. They have been very flexible if we run into a scheduling conflict.
This cleaning company deserves 0 stars! I used this company with a coupon that my realtor gave me for a 4 hour cleaning for $99. They showed up 30 minutes late and spent only 3 hours cleaning. The ladies also lied to their boss about having to wait around for me to show up to pay them making them late for their next job. None of that was disclosed to me, neither was the fact that a 2 person cleaning crew would only be there for 2 hours total, so 4 between the two of them. They are VERY friendly and I really appreciated getting me in same day. The cost was fair, about 100 for 4 hours. However the service was a little under fair. I feel horrible saying anything negative because the ladies were so nice and did do a good job but they were very slow. I assumed much more would of been covered in 2 hours with 2 people. They took about 25 minutes to dust an entertainment center that usually only takes me 5.
