I bought a mattress and a set of sheets. I never received the sheets. I have been in there several times and they said they couldn’t help me. I paid 100.00 for them and never I received them. I simply got ripped off. I am not happy with them.

We bought our first mattress here when my wife and I were first married. We purchased a 16" memory foam queen. The mattress was great, but not for us. We slept way too hot, and discovered a queen was simply too small for us. Round 2, we were greeted by the same salesman that helped us before and went straight to work. They were very helpful! They had many choices available and we found a very comfortable mattress! It was a lot nicer than we expected to get in our price range! Highly recommend them!

I needed a mattress for my little girl, and the associate at the Mattress Outlet was extremely helpful. He helped me find something in my price range, he even looked up a competitor's price for me! He wasn't pushy about the sale at all either. When I mentioned I was worried my daughter would wet the bed and ruin her mattress the associate told me about these really nice water proof mattress covers! I got a great price on my mattress because they had too many in stock. This store is a great place to get a fabulous deal!

I bought a full size mattress from the Rexburg Mattress outlet. The service was very nice. He had lots of information for me so I could make the best choice. I appreciated the help and am glad to have a comfortable mattress for our son.
