I filed out an incident directly at your yard over a month ago, stating one of your trucks lost a rock, just a half a mile after pulling out and cracked my windshield. I repeatedly contacted the yard and your HR department for two weeks. Today, I finally was able to reach your insurance company that says the are denying the claim. This has been a terrible experience all the way around, with remarkably terrible customer service.
I called around to several gravel companies and Idaho Sand and Gravel was double the price of everywhere else.
